Your packaging is the only part of your shop the customer actually touches. Nobody is standing beside them when the parcel is opened — the sticker is.
The ones that earn their place
"Thank you for your order" on the outside or inside of the parcel. "Fragile" and "Handle with care" where the courier will see them. A logo seal across the tape line, which does two jobs at once: it finishes the parcel, and it shows plainly if the parcel was opened before it arrived.
Those three lines are what most sellers end up writing by hand on every box. Printed once, they take a second each and every parcel goes out looking the same.
Sizes that work on parcels
Round or square seals at 1" × 2" give 144 pieces on one sheet, which is enough to get through a busy month without thinking about it. A 2" × 2" gives 80 and is easier to see on a large box. A 2" × 3" gives 56 and holds a full thank-you message with your page name and how to reorder.
Put your shop name and how to find you on at least one of them. That is how a one-time buyer becomes a repeat one.
Ordering ahead of the rush
The 11.11, 12.12 and Christmas weeks are when sellers run out and when everyone else is ordering too. Stickers do not expire. Printing in September for December costs the same and removes the problem entirely.
